NanoXplore buys Scalinx to build a European sovereign chip champion

French chipmaker NanoXplore acquired Scalinx, a French analogue and RF signal chip designer in judicial receivership, retaining nearly all its 68 staff to build what it calls a European champion in sovereign critical microelectronics for space and defence.
