4iG signs Starlink Mobile and Sovereign Solutions agreements with SpaceX

Hungary's 4iG Group signed two SpaceX agreements on 2 September 2026: Starlink Mobile for Hungary and Albania, and Sovereign Solutions, under which 4iG Space and Defence Technologies and SpaceX will build encrypted satellite links for Hungary's national security and civil defence use.

What it does not test. This does not establish that Hungary or 4iG gains any ownership or operational control over the underlying Starlink constellation, which remains SpaceX's.
