Brussels clears ACS, Telefónica and Santander venture to bid for Spanish AI site
The European Commission cleared, under simplified merger review, the joint venture of ACS, Telefónica, Santander and Spain's SETT, 48 percent state owned, to bid for the Móra la Nova AI gigafactory site, an envisaged EUR 5 billion project; no site or supplier has yet been chosen.
