Spain's OpenChip becomes shareholder in French chipmaker Kalray

Spain's OpenChip Software and Technologies, backed by the Barcelona Supercomputing Center, exercised warrants and paid Kalray for new shares equal to about 15 percent of the French chipmaker's capital, under a 2025 industrial cooperation agreement.
