Thales and Exail sign EUR 3.9 billion tender offer agreement

Thales and Exail Technologies signed a tender offer agreement valuing the French underwater and naval robotics firm at EUR 3.9 billion, at EUR 134.00 a share, ahead of a full buyout expected to close by early 2028.
