SAFE loan instrument pays Croatia first EUR 255 million tranche

The European Commission disbursed Croatia's first SAFE loan tranche of EUR 255 million, 15 percent of its EUR 1.7 billion allocation, following the loan agreement signed by Croatia and Commissioner Kubilius in May.
