IQM becomes first European quantum computer maker listed on Nasdaq

Finland's IQM Quantum Computers completed its merger with Nasdaq-listed SPAC Real Asset Acquisition Corp on 1 July and began trading as IQMX on 2 July, keeping its Finnish parent company but adding a Delaware subsidiary and SEC oversight.

Reported IQM Quantum Computers press release via Business Wire, 2 July 2026

What it does not test. Does not establish that IQM's headquarters or governing law has moved to the United States, only that it now carries a Nasdaq listing and a US subsidiary.

How this item counts. No movement: no answer to who owns, who operates, whose law governs or who made the parts changes. Weight 0. Nasdaq listing/US subsidiary but Finnish parent, HQ, governing law unchanged. European Sovereignty Index
