Portugal commits EUR 200 million to Iberian EuroHPC AI gigafactory bid

Portugal's Council of Ministers approved up to EUR 200 million to buy computing time in a joint Iberian bid, with Spain, for a EuroHPC AI gigafactory, matched by EuroHPC for EUR 400 million in first phase capital.
