EU clears EUR 76 million German aid for Munich chip test facility

The European Commission approved EUR 76 million in German state aid, under Chips Act principles, for QuantumDiamonds GmbH to build a Munich production facility for quantum-sensor-based semiconductor test and inspection systems.
