Macron adds EUR1 billion to France's national quantum strategy via France 2030

President Macron announced an immediate EUR1 billion top-up to France's national quantum strategy through the France 2030 programme, alongside a EUR550 million pledge toward a future EU semiconductor IPCEI not yet approved by Brussels.
