Infineon launches EUR91 million EU project Moore4Power for power chiplets

Infineon led the launch of Moore4Power, a EUR91 million, three-year Chips Joint Undertaking project with 62 partners across 15 European countries, developing silicon, silicon carbide and gallium nitride power chiplets for wind, e-mobility and rail.
