Lithuania signs EUR 6.4 billion SAFE loan agreement with the EU for defence

Lithuania's defence and finance ministers signed a SAFE loan agreement worth EUR 6,375,487,000 with EU commissioners Kubilius and Serafin, financing national division defence needs over a 45 year term with a 10 year grace period.
