EuroHPC inaugurates Quandela's Lucy quantum computer at France's TGCC site

EuroHPC inaugurated Lucy, a 12 qubit photonic quantum computer built by France's Quandela and Germany's attocube, integrated with the Joliot Curie supercomputer at TGCC. Cost EUR 8.5 million, split evenly between EuroHPC and France.
