EU clears EUR 211 million Italian state aid for CamGraPhIC photonic transceivers

The Commission cleared EUR 211 million of Italian state aid for CamGraPhIC, a Pisa and Bergamo based firm building graphene photonic transceivers for data centre interconnects, aimed at cutting reliance on non European optical component suppliers.
