EU Commission proposes EUR 17.15 billion in SAFE loans for Czechia and France

The European Commission completed its technical assessment of Czechia's and France's SAFE national investment plans and proposed to the Council loans of EUR 2.06 billion and EUR 15.09 billion respectively; Council adoption and first payments were slated for April.
