France's state cloud spend hits EUR 84 million, 70 percent to EU providers

France's interministerial cloud market recorded EUR 84 million in 2025 orders, up 62 percent, with 70 percent going to European providers such as Bleu, S3NS, OVHcloud, NumSpot, Scaleway, Outscale and Mistral AI under the Cloud au centre doctrine.
