Leonardo completes EUR 1.7 billion acquisition of Iveco's defence vehicles unit
Leonardo closed its EUR 1.7 billion purchase of Iveco Group's defence arm (Iveco Defence Vehicles and ASTRA, EUR 1,368 million in 2025 revenue), consolidating armoured and military vehicle production under the Italian prime.
