UK Chancellor announces GBP 500 million Sovereign AI Fund for British AI firms

Chancellor Rachel Reeves announced a GBP 500 million Sovereign AI Fund, a venture vehicle offering capital and compute access to early and growth stage British AI companies, part of a wider GBP 2.5 billion package due to launch in April.
