EU proposes Industrial Accelerator Act with Made in Europe procurement rules

European Commission proposed the Industrial Accelerator Act, setting Made in EU procurement quotas for steel, aluminium and cement, and screening foreign investment above EUR 100 million where one country holds over 40 percent of global output.
