France opens tender to move Health Data Hub off Microsoft Azure

France's health, digital and civil service ministries opened a UGAP Public Cloud tender for a SecNumCloud qualified host to replace Microsoft Azure for the Health Data Hub, with award due by end of March 2026 and full migration targeted for end of 2026.
