French PM circular directs state bodies to prioritise sovereign digital solutions

Prime Minister Sebastien Lecornu signed circular n°6519/SG telling state bodies to favour pooled internal tools, then French, then European private solutions before non-European ones, and to weigh sovereignty and security in digital purchases.
