# European Parliament disables built-in AI features on lawmakers' devices

- Description: The European Parliament's IT department disabled built in AI assistant features, including tools from Microsoft, OpenAI and Anthropic, on MEPs' and staff's corporate tablets and phones, saying it could not guarantee the security of data sent to the vendors' servers.
