- Description: Rheinmetall formed the Giga PtX alliance with Sunfire, Greenlyte and INERATEC to build a Europe-wide network of modular synthetic fuel plants for armed forces. Each site would make 5,000 to 7,000 tonnes a year, cutting reliance on imported fossil fuel supply chains.
